CHAIN LETTERS: EXPERT!

Ooh, you clever thing. You only went and clicked on that little picture of a chain and have stumbled across this super secret version of our new Chain Letters game.

 

So if you’re clever enough to have found this, then presumably you’re clever enough to, er, take on an even tougher challenge...?

The rules are the same as before. Click PLAY in the box below to begin, and—starting with the word HAWK, this time—follow the word chain throughout the game, adding or removing a letter as prompted at each stage, until all the words are used up.

 

What makes this an expert level game? Well, for one thing there are now twice as many links to connect, meaning that there are 80 possible answers to search through. Oh, and you’ll find you’re dealing with a lot more eight, nine, and ten-letter words here than before. Now that sounds more like it...

We’re not completely heartless though, as you’ve now got 10 minutes in which to link all 80 words together. And remember—the more correct answers you can score the fewer possible answers you’ll have to search through.
